Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to people and organisations that submit a membership or sign-up application, send a support request, or use an account or service made available by NEXUS-WC Logistics NPC. The public website is also subject to our Terms of Use.
Applications and information supplied
You must provide information that is accurate and current. If you apply on behalf of an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. We may ask for supporting information to assess eligibility or respond to a request. Submitting a form confirms receipt of an application or request; it does not by itself grant membership, create an account, guarantee a service, or promise a particular outcome.
Membership and participation
Membership and participation are subject to review and approval by NEXUS-WC under its Constitution and applicable policies. Where an application is approved, NEXUS-WC will communicate the next steps, which may include an account invitation and a membership number. Any rights or duties attached to membership are governed by the Constitution, applicable policies and communications issued to the member.
Accounts and security
If you receive an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and recovery information secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share your credentials or try to access another person's account. Tell us promptly at info@nexus-wc.org.za if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with law.
Requests and communications
Operational support requests are reviewed according to the information provided and available capacity. The online form is not an emergency response channel. Electronic notices may be sent to the email address you provide, so please keep it current and check it for communications about your application or account.
Privacy and changes
Personal information supplied through these services is handled as described in our Data Protection policy. We may update these terms and will post the current version here. Material changes affecting an existing member relationship will be handled in accordance with applicable law and NEXUS-WC's governing documents.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by South African law. Nothing in them limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions about an application, membership or these terms, email info@nexus-wc.org.za.
